Venue FAQ's

What if the weather is bad?

We always say it’s not the wrong weather it’s the wrong clothing. We recommend that everyone comes wearing suitable clothing and footwear. If you have your own waterproofs then bring them. If not we will provide full waterproofs or ponchos. The activity stations will also have mini marquees erected to offer some shelter from the weather.

I am worried about value for money – How much time is spent standing around waiting for your turn?

We hate people standing around getting bored hence the reason we work with maximum numbers per team. It’s always our aim to keep things moving and avoid people standing around for too long.

Are your events value for money compared to other events companies?

We believe that the events we offer are fantastic value for money and this is reflected in the huge amount of repeat business that we get.

Where is your venue exactly?

We are located within easy reach of the M20 (J4) which has great links to the M25/M26. We also have a mainline train station, West Malling, which is a 2 minute drive away. Trains from Victoria to West Malling taking approx 50 mins

We are based in London – Can we do it in a day?

Yes!  We have many London based clients who can reach us easily by train, coach or car and be back in town the same day.

We are coming by train – How do we get from the station to the venue?

Depending on numbers we can either arrange to pick you up or you can get a taxi from the station taxi rank (we’ll pre-order this if you prefer). If you have large numbers arriving we can organise a coach.

Is there a car park/ coach park at the venue?

Yes.  Parking will never be an issue, we have masses of parking

Do you have disabled access?

Yes, access to the building is via a ramp and additional ramps are fitted on request to get wheel chairs over thresholds.

I can’t find the activity I was hoping to do.  What now?

Give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to discuss with you over the phone.  We have many trusted suppliers we frequently contract to provide additional activities.

We’ve only got a couple of hours – what can we get done?

We offer numerous activities, motorised, country pursuits and team building, all of which can be completed in limited time periods.

We don’t like motorised activities.

Not everyone does which is why we offer such a wide range of activities in addition to our motorised activities.

We’d like to bring our own facilitator – is this possible?

Absolutely no problem.

Some of our group has done it before.

We have such a wide range of activities we will undoubtedly be able to offer you something completely different.

One/ some of our group has dietary requirements

That’s not a problem. We can cater for most special dietary requirements with sufficient advanced notice.

Where we could stay overnight?

There is a wide selection of hotels around the area of differing standards. Let us know the standard of hotel you are after and we will be happy to make recommendations. Alternatively we often have clients camping overnight and, if required, we can bring in mobile shower units.

Are there any age or other restrictions?

Some of our activities may not be advised for those who are pregnant or with certain health problems.  A few others depend on size and strength.  We will talk through all options at enquiry stage to make sure the activities we suggest are perfect for your group.

Not everybody wants to join in – can spectators come long too?

We are happy to welcome spectators.

There’s only 5 of us. Can we still come?

Yes!  There’s no minimum number requirement.

Will we be sharing the venue?

Exclusive use of the venue is typical and is always an option.  This is established at enquiry stage.

Are dogs allowed on site?

We are sorry that we are not able to welcome family pets on site.

What to bring:

We have free WiFi.  If you want to take pictures you will need to bring your own camera. We recommend that everyone comes wearing suitable clothing and footwear.

We’ve got a venue already – can we still book your activities?

Yes.  We are mobile!  Providing the venue is suitable for the activities you want to book we will be happy to bring along our kit and instructors.
