SELT is a charity dedicated to supporting the development of leadership learning and career development, particularly in education and public services where the key outcome is to improve the learning and life chances of children and young people. The focus of our work is supporting school improvement through educational leadership and training at all career levels. With two main centres based in KENT and SOMERSET, SELT works closely with schools across the Southern regions and LONDON. We also work nationally and internationally, offering a huge range of workshops and programmes designed specifically to support teachers and aspiring leaders through each stage of their teaching / leadership careers.
