Hever Castle is a thirteenth century Castle located in the Garden of England, Kent. Only 40 minutes from Gatwick airport and within in an hour of London. Its history is centred around the early 16th century when it was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn, who was to become the second wife to King Henry VIII and queen of England for 1000 days. In 1903, Hever Csstle was purchased by William Waldorf Astor. Astor was a genius with huge vision, he refurbished the Castle and added a Tudor style extension, The Astor Wing.
