Elvey Farm in pretty Pluckley - near Ashford, Kent, was converted from a working farm into a small boutique guesthouse. Elvey Farm offers eleven beautiful bedrooms in a Stable Block, Oast House, Sixteenth Century Barn and Granary. Nestled at the end of a lane the farm offers total peace and tranquility for all types of meetings and events.  Despite its country location, the M20 is only twenty minutes away as is Ashford with its high-speed rail link to London.  Pluckley itself is served by direct trains from Charing Cross.If you need a Venue to Hire near Ashford, then our sixteenth century Oast House is the perfect setting for a small conference or meeting. The meeting room can seat up to 10. The Oast is set away from the main farm buildings, offering an atmosphere of total peace and quiet. It also offers a small breakout area and has its own secluded garden.  In addition to the dedicated Oast House we also have a converted barn for larger meetings and events of up to 40 people.  During the summer months we have a marquee in the grounds that can be used for a variety of different events from a dinner dance to a product launch.  We offer a half-day and day venue hire.  We also have a 24 hour delegate rate, which includes morning coffee and pastries, a light lunch, afternoon tea, a three-course Á la carte dinner in our restaurant, plus overnight accommodation in a double room or suite.
