Danny Kinsella started off his stewarding/security career whilst working at Millwall Football Club in 1999. Aged 18, he gained various qualifications including an NVQ (level 2 and 3) in spectator safety.
From there, he went on to work for many high-end security companies, working at events up and down the country. Some of the events Danny has worked at include, V-Festival, Glastonbury, the Isle of Wight Festival as well as events at the Brixton Academy and most other notable music/sports venues in London.
19 years later, Danny has now formed his own security company called DK Security Services London Ltd. He has big plans for the business and is quickly gathering pace, so based on that he is actively looking to recruit people with:
-A valid SIA door supervisor licence
-An NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety
Renumeration is dependent on experience, role and responsibilities and is as follows:
-Stewards Up to £9ph
-Security up to £12ph
